It seems like surrogacy is the option Bollywood stars are taking up for enjoying parenthood. After Tushar Kapoor, it is Director- Producer Karan Johar. Yes you heard it righ! KJo has become dad to twins- a girl and a boy. Roohi and Yash were born in February, 2017 via surrogacy.
Technology has made human life easier and in-vitro fertilization is the best example supporting the same.
Earlier in his book- “An Unsuitable Boy” Karan had expressed his desire of parenthood. And surrogacy has added colors to this desire of his successfully.
According to reports, the babies were born at Masrani Hospital, Andheri West on 7th February. This is the very same hospital where Abram- SRK’s youngest baby was born. He too is a child born by surrogacy in June, 2013. The birth registration of Roohi and Yash has been completed on Thursday, 2nd March at Bombay Municipal Corporation.
Currently Kjo is out of town to express his views on the matter. But as per sources, Daddy dear has named his kids- if the buzz is true.
While the girl named after her grandmother- Hiroo Johar (ofcourse with the letters rearranged), the boy has been named after his grandfather-Late Yash Johar.
