Top 7 tips for a healthy lifestyle. We are all busy in this busy schedule. So we must need to follow some essential points in order to keep our health on point.

Busy lifestyle requires extra care. But do we have the time to invest? So here I am with top 7 healthy habits to save you up.

1. Try to maintain a sleep cycle. We all say this. But who cares in busy lifestyle?
Beside that if we work extra late then sleep won’t come easily.

So my tip for that would be switch off your phone and laptop before one hour of going to bed. This will actually help you to sleep well.

2. Drink a glass of plain warm water everyday in empty stomach.
I know many of you will argue that there should be lemon and honey in it in our busy lifestyle.

But personally I have experienced an irregular period while I was on that drink.
So warm water is a safe savior.

3. We tend to ignore the foods in our highly busy lifestyle. But hey hey, I am here.
If you have a tendency to eat between two meals then keep almond/ sprouted beans because it will kill your hunger and save you.

4. If you are damn busy and you lead a busy lifestyle that regular gym is impossible for you. Beside that if you are a lazy girl like me you won’t hit the gym in weekend. So whats the tip?
Do those free hand exercises everyday for 10 minutes.

5. We often have tough times in our life. In our busy lifestyle we don’t get any such friends to talk.
So for those times write down all your thoughts point by point and see what the actual cause and focus on the solving.

6. Smile. I know its tough to smile on our busy lifestyle. But smile reduces 30% of your mental stresses.
Whenever you are having tough times always remember to smile. It will not solve anything but it will give you the strength to solve anything.

7. Also try to take some time off for yourself only in this busy lifestyle.
We are all busy. But you should keep time for yourself.
Do what you want in this phase and see the change.
